Delete Your ToneClone Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your ToneClone account and all associated data.

Warning: This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:

All personas and training data
Knowledge cards and StyleGuard configurations
Documents and revision history
Account settings and preferences

This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Step 1: Log in to your account

Navigate to the ToneClone web app and sign in with your credentials.

Step 2: Go to Account Settings

Once logged in, navigate to your account settings page by clicking on your profile and selecting "Account" or by visiting app.toneclone.ai/account.

Step 3: Click "Delete My Account"

On the account settings page, scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete My Account" button. You will be asked to confirm this action before your account is permanently deleted.

What Happens After Deletion?

Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be logged out.
All your personal data, personas, documents, and settings will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Some data may be retained in backups for a limited time as required by law or for security purposes, but will not be accessible.
If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and you will not be charged again. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
